Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid return shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in their original Morphe box or a sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
